B |     (ECNS) -- Since Guangdong Province officially launched its international medical service pilot program in February this year, the number of foreign patients treated at the 25 designated pilot hospitals has risen 95.6% year on year, reflecting steady growth in both patient volume and service quality, local health authorities said at a press conference on Monday.    Covering leading public hospitals across the province, the pilot provides medical services aligned with international standards for residents from Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions (SARs) and Taiwan, foreign nationals, and overseas Chinese, with treatment costs paid out of pocket or covered by international commercial insurance.    The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital alone has treated patients from 129 countries and regions and received 720,000 cross-border visitors over the past three years. From January to July 2026, its international medical services business grew 17.8% year on year.    Guangdong is also accelerating plans for wholly foreign-owned hospital pilot projects in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. 报道称，伊朗学生通讯社称，伊朗最高领袖哈梅内伊的外交政策顾问卡迈勒·哈拉齐12日说：“美国人把外交描述为最佳选择……我们也持同样的看法，并且愿意恢复谈判。”

报道称，曾经担任伊朗外长的哈拉齐说，伊朗还应该准备恢复与美国的核问题谈判。

他说：“接下来，我们还可以讨论（中东）无核地区的问题。

报道指出，易卜拉欣·莱希总统领导的保守派政府迄今为止拒绝与美国直接接触。

伊朗外交部说，与美国的外交接触只通过卡塔尔和阿曼等第三国进行，有时还通过欧盟。
